Its a quiet place and a great place to call home.

Timely service, friendly staff, and excellent groundskeeping even in the worst winter conditions.

The management and maintenance folks are the best in customer service. I feel as if I've been living with family over my short time here. Its unfortunate that the job market is taking me from here to another job out of state; if I could I move the whole apartment complex to my new job site in Virginia. I have a beautiful apartment that looks out at the trees and park. It's so quiet here, I've wondered if I had any neighbors -- which I do! I could go on and on . . . but I think you get the point that you folks earn 10 stars in my book.

I would tell them its very nice and quiet living here. Easy to get to. Seems more like living in Andover and not Lawrence.

As an international student studying in USA, I found Addison at Andover Park a very fulfilling place to live in. It's safe, modern, spacious, and affordable. I've never imagined I'll be attached to this place this much. I can't think about moving or living somewhere else. Although I might complete my studies in another farther area, I wish i can move Addison all over with me !! It's an unforgettable experience.

We have only lived at Addison for about 3 months and we love it here, we have two little ones, and i feel it is a great place for a small family to start out. The kids love it, it is not noisy at all and the office staff and neighbors are all so friendly!
